Introduction
The General Public Exhibition at ARC-EDS 2025 is a unique opportunity for companies, institutions, startups, and organizations to showcase their products, services, and innovations to a diverse Pan-African audience. This platform enables direct engagement with the general public, educators, government stakeholders, youth, and development partners from across Africa and beyond.
Event Details
- Dates: 5th–7th August 2025
- Venue: Accra International Conference Centre (AICC), Accra, Ghana
- Setup: 4th August (from 9:00 AM)
- Breakdown: 7th August (after 4:30 PM)
Purpose & Target Audience
- Purpose: To create public-facing exhibition spaces that connect companies and institutions with potential consumers, learners, and stakeholders.
- Audience: General public, students, families, entrepreneurs, NGOs, policy actors, and educators.

Exhibitors may include:
- Tech companies and service providers
- NGOs and development organizations
- Health and education product vendors
- Youth startups and social enterprises
- Publishers and media organizations
What is Included
- Each 3m x 3m booth includes:
- 1 exhibition table, 2 chairs, and table covering
- Power outlet (standard 220V)
- Basic Wi-Fi
- Event pass for 2 representatives
- Logo and description featured in the ARC-EDS 2025 directory and website
