CALL FOR EXHIBITS
The Africa Regional Conference & Exhibition on Education and Skills Development (ARC-EDS) invites Technical Universities, Faculty members and Students in the upcoming 2024 ARC-EDS extraordinary conference to celebrate the achievements of the academic community, promote knowledge sharing, and inspire a new wave of innovation.
The 2024 ARC-EDS would recognize achievements in Education and Skills Development and showcase cutting-edge research projects.

1.WE INVITE
Technical Universities to submit proposals for exhibits that showcase their achievements in the following areas:
- Innovative Research Projects
- Technological Solutions for Real-world Challenges
- Collaborative Industry Partnerships
- Sustainable and Eco-friendly Technologies
- Cutting-edge Developments in Engineering and Technology
2. EXHIBIT SUBMISSION DETAILS
- Eligibility: Open to all Technical Universities and other institutions interested in showcasing their research, projects, and innovations.
- Submission Deadline: 27th May 2024
- Exhibit Categories: We welcome exhibits from a diverse range of technical fields, including but not limited to engineering, information technology, applied sciences, and sustainable technologies.
3. SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
- Submit a brief description of your exhibit, highlighting its relevance and significance.
- Include any supporting visuals, prototypes, or demonstrations that enhance the understanding of your project.
- Specify any special requirements for your exhibit space.
4. HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR EXHIBIT

5. AWARDS
To recognize and celebrate excellence, the 2024 ARC-EDS will present awards to the top three exhibits based on the following criteria:
- Innovation: The degree of originality, creativity, and uniqueness demonstrated by the exhibit.
- Impact: The potential or realized impact of the exhibit on addressing real-world challenges or contributing to advancements in technology.
- Presentation: The clarity, effectiveness, and engagement of the exhibit's presentation, including visual aids, demonstrations, and interactive components.

FIRST PRIZE
- Cash Prize (GHS 15,000)
- Certificate of Excellence from awarding Company or Institution
- Recognition at the conference closing ceremony
The product will also receive further support to enhance the skills of the investigators.
SECOND PRIZE
- Cash Prize (GHS 10,000)
- Certificate of Achievement from awarding Company or Institution
- Recognition at the conference closing ceremony

THIRD PRIZE
- Cash Prize (GHS 5,000)
- Certificate of Recognition from awarding Company or Institution
- Visibility in conference-related materials
